1. Introduction

These terms govern all services, digital offerings, and goods provided by BizSphera in the context of business software development.

2. Services

Services include custom software design, development, integration, and consulting. Scheduling and scope are defined in individual agreements. Clients may request rescheduling up to 7 calendar days before a scheduled milestone. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are considered final and no reimbursement of paid amounts will be issued, due to resource allocation and planning. However, services may be transferred to a future date upon mutual agreement.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include e-books, tutorials, and online materials. Purchases of digital products are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved requests will receive reimbursement of paid amounts to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods refer to any hardware or merchandise sold. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Clients must arrange return shipment at their own expense. Upon receipt and inspection, a reimbursement of paid amounts will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

All requests must include proof of purchase and relevant order information. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 days, subject to verification. For services, reimbursement applies as outlined in Section 2. No reimbursements are available for completed or delivered services beyond the scope of these provisions. For digital and physical products, reimbursements follow Sections 3 and 4 respectively. All dates refer to the date of purchase or delivery as applicable.
